Hello,

I have a problem. How can I submit a new DVD but the barcode does already exist for another one?

I want to submit the Ultimate Edition of Harry Potter 1 (with full data, 100% complete) for France, but there is already a DVD Harry Potter 1 (which is NOT ultimate edition at all, it is NOT the same DVD) with the same barcode? I searched where to post and had no idea. I can't file any report error, as the title does not exist (I created a new one, because I can't modify the existing one).

I have a movie that exists in the database with one particular UPC code, but actually has an alternate UPC code. All the other data is correct. How do I report this or contribute the alternate UPC without completely re-entering all the data by hand?

If the title is a separate barcode, it is considered a separate title.

You can in the Windows or Mac software copy a title, but you cannot report an extra barcode to an existing title.
