I thought this problem was tied to this one disc profile (883929823888 - Furiosa Steelbook for Canada) and I tried contacting support for it on multiple occasions, but it's still not resolved.
For some reason I keep getting the error "The Primary Type of the Title have been changed. Only moderators may change the type of a profile"
I keep getting this error even though I have not touched the type setting at all. Even if I did (which I didn't) why would this even be an issue? It's allowed us to change the type always in the past. (A profile not including the blu-ray or DVD in the type, even though it clearly comes with one, or something like that...)
Anyway, it is now doing the same thing for the newest profile I just added (043396637504 Bad Boys: Ride or Die 4K for Canada) I'm tired of sending in reports or contacting service, which isn't resolving anything. I have about 20 new profiles to update, and ad all the missing information, but I don't want to bother doing all that work if it's just not going to work anyway.
Any idea what's happening?
