Hi, for a while now the link to my online collection just shows the message "Loading Collection..." forever - it doesn't even allow the entry of the viewing password that I set. I've tried removing this password, but the same problem persists. If i disable online collection, then that does change things - it shows online that it is disabled. However, re-enabling just brings back the old problem.
Does anyone have any suggestions, or is anyone experiencing the same problem?

Seem to have the same problem. Logged in, no password for online share. Loads fine. Not logged in, loads fine.
Set password. Logged in loads fine (expected), not logged in, stuck on "loading collection". No option to enter password. Tried different browsers, different devices. Even tried to access your page, also got "Loading collection" forever.
Tried removing password. It will not actually remove it. I hit save changes(update?), and it goes back to my main page. Travel back to settings and it still has a password set. Can not remove password now. Can not share my collection.

Are other people's online collections working? Or is the whole feature broken? If so, that's quite a shame - the ability to share my collection with others is a major selling point for this software for me...

Also, does anyone know how to get a response from binnerup? I've emailed them a couple of times about this issue, and then written it on here, but they don't seem to be responding :(

binnerup responds whenever they deem appropriate. This clearly is not a full time gig. I imagine this barely makes enough money to break even. I'm sure there is something they do with their time/day that is far more important than this (day job, family). I also know binnerup is very busy preparing v5 of the android app. As the online service is the long term goal of the service, I'm sure it will be looked into soon.

Ok i did discover at least how to remove the password protection, just blank the password then hit update, dont toggle the password protection off. Blanking the password and saving turns it off.
Remove password, collection is shareable again. Adding password back, it stops working.

@buggbellow thank you so much! This has fixed my issue. Shame I can no longer have a password set for viewing, but so be it.
Weird bug! Would never have thought to set a blank password rather than just removing it.
Shame binnerup can't find time to reply to these issues...

binnerup wrote:I need to understand this - so, you are saying that if you have a password on the online collection, you do not have a problem, but if you do not, you do? Quite the opposite actually. If I have a password set for viewing the online collection, then if I give my collection link to a friend, they're unable to view it - it just sticks on "collection loading", and never allows for the input of the viewing password. When I tried disabling the password, the same issue occurred. HOWEVER, as @buggbellow has helpfully discovered, if instead, you enable the password, but set it as completely blank, then the online collection link works just fine (albeit without a password). Hope this clarifies the issue! I will add, that regardless of what I have set for the viewing password, if I actually sign in to my account, then viewing the collection DOES work - but this is obviously not ideal because I don't want to allow my friends to sign in to my account and edit my collection.

Password set - not logged in - collection link will attenpt to load forever and never provide a way to view it or enter password. This is multiple browsers across multiple devices.
Being logged in and attempting to view someone elses password protected movies also attempts to load forever, does not provide a way to enter password.
Removing passwords protection is difficult. (A problem on its own) Once password is removed collection will load fine for anyone.
Being logged in to myself of course doesnt matter password set or not, my collection loads fine fornme.
