Web Cam isn't working on Windows

I can't use my own web cam as a barcode scanner. The only device I can select is Mircrosoft WDM Image Capture (Win32)

How can I fix that?

Same here. Can only select the same device. I use for other reasons the "Microsoft Barcode manager for Windows", but there is no possibility to scan barcodes on the webcam from my laptop. Any solution here?

The barcode scanner is an old implementation which does not support latest implementations.
