Looking for some guidance.

I use Xreveal currently, and have used DVD Fab Passkey in the past, to allow my PC to use UHD BD/BD/DVD discs.


My question is, do we still need to disable these applications when performing the Disc ID process, or can My Movies grab the proper ID while those applications are running?

I have always turned it off but if I can get away with being lazy about it and just leave them running when I do the Disc ID process, it will save me a couple of minutes on each profile I generate an ID for.
