I HAVE A GOOGLE PIXEL 8A AND MYOVIES 5 PRO

Synchronization on the application creates bugs. It is not done completely. 100% files on PC are not synchronized and remain at 85. The covers are sometimes exchanged with those of my other collections. Or also the background on the mobile does not match. I think that version 5 pro has a problem with Android.

On the Windows side it's already sent...but when my mobile app synchronizes...it doesn't have the right information and creates bugs

I've been using MyMovies since 2021. I know how it works. Version 5 Pro seems to have problems on Android.

i send scrennshot by mail at alvan , i think with my problem of backgroung

no one is making a complaint? that's why I'm posting here..I'm not the only one with android !. even the release date of the title is wrong compared to the date on the Windows software. it's shifted 1 day before. for all titles.

Your assumption here is that there is an overall problem on the Android app - until proven otherwise, I would say that is a wrong assumption.

We have not had other complaints, and therefore we would need to investigate this based on what you see.

Alvan is a data maintainer - he have no relation to support, so sending him support stuff will not get you anywhere.

Please provide information here, or on support@mymovies.dk on what you see.
