Hi Brian,
I'm having the same issue with 5.41 PR9.
I had no problems adding title on my client (XPS laptop) and having them added to the server (HTPC) since I upgraded.
However, today I'm getting this message on both server and client. Both go through the TV Series but fail to sync on the first title.
I'm hoping that V5.41 doesn't need the iOS app to be more recent than V3. I have purchased V4 and V5 to support MyMovies, but I have to use V3 as it's the last version that support network playback for my Dune, Oppo and HTPC.
I have a backup of my V5.40 database, so hopefully I'll be able to go back, but I'll have to do it quickly in order to not have too many titles to re-add. Please advise!

Thanks. It looks like it self-resolved when I switched the share on which most recently added/modified titles were. Do the titles have to be online for sync to work with the new version? I'll try to dig a log when I'm back at my desk.

Thanks Brian, good to know that the shares don't have to be online. I did a clean install and forgot to copy a log. I'll post one if it happens again.

I installed the "standalone version". The database is stored at binnerup, right? There seems to be no issue with the same kind of installation on my laptop...

Chance is that the database server is broken. kb.mymovies.dk isn't working either (ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT). This entire situation has been going on for months. What are you doing?! And why the hell do you need an extra cleaning tool just to uninstall your own programme? You're constantly spamming emails begging people to get the latest version of the mobile app, yet you still can't sort out problems that have been around since last year. Truly embarrassing.

Hi!
I deinstalled the desktop application and cleaned the settings with the mentioned tool. Now I´m getting the message, that my database is "suspect" and I need to wait 15 minutes to try again. Waiting doesn´t seem to help...

I had to reinstall twice, now it seems to work again. Thanks for caring.
