The IMDB.com.NET2.0.dll needs updated due to changes made to IMDB's website long ago. The IMDB search by title name in CM is still broke. It's been ages since this worked. The workaround is to search by IMDB ID instead. Of course you have to wait each time for CM to error out as it automatically attempts to search by title before you can perform your own search. I need the "IMDB.com.NET2.0.dll" file included with My Movies for Windows 5.42 Pre Release 1. The changelog indicates the issues discussed in this thread have been resolved. Anyone have a copy that could share with me? Thanks in advance! My DVD/Blu-ray CollectionHome Theater Gallery

Anyone have a copy that could share with me? Thanks in advance! Disregard the above request. I no longer need the DLL. I installed the current version and pre-release on an old laptop I'm not using to acquire the file. The IMDB DLL for each version is the same and sadly the DLL no longer works with My Movies 4.07. Every other IMDB DLL since My Movies v5 works with My Movies v4.07, but not this latest one evidently. Thanks for waiting several years to fix the DLL that I can't use now. No great loss I suppose. The main cataloging software I use is DVD Profiler. I only use My Movies to browse my Blu-ray collection up on the big screen in my home theater via Windows Media Center and don't access the Cast and Crew data anyway. I use the "Cover row and detail" view exclusively. That view displays the first 5 actors for a given profile so I'll just add 5 actors manually when creating an offline profile. No big deal. If I want to view the full cast and crew data for a given title I can just use the DVD Profiler mobile app. My DVD/Blu-ray CollectionHome Theater Gallery
