As the title says, it doesn't seem possible to remove a category from a title anymore. It used to work fine up to 5.40. Once added, you can’t remove it.
While talking about categories, please could you add the possibility to use the HDR format (HDR10, DV, HDR10+ etc) when creating filters and categories? It would be very useful.
Thank you!

You can currently filter for different HDR types in the iPhone interface by selecting an HDR type within the "HDR" field under "Filters". (Not sure whether this is present in Android app.) You can then use this filtered data to add records to a Category. I did something similar by filtering all my records with "Type=iTunes" for viewing, then selectively added them to a Category I created called "iTune Extras".

Thanks, yes I’m aware, I also use it in the iOS app, but it would be nice to have it in the windows collection management, because that’s where I manage my collection :) MCE Win11 Pro x64 / MM V5.42 / jRiver / JRVR / nVidia 576.88 Ryzen 5950X / 4.5GHz / 32GB RAM / 2TB SSD PCI 4.0/ Zotac RTX 5090 Solid OC 32Gb / LG 4K 28" / Samsung S90C / Denon X8500HA Dune Pro Pro Vision 4K / Ugoos AM6B+ / M9702 Oppo 203 / ATV 4K 2021 MM Pro for iPhone 16 Max Pro and iPad Pro 11.5" Media servers: Unraid 120TB (20x6TB) + Unraid 120TB (20x6TB) - Backup: Synology 84TB DS-2411+ (12x4TB) + Synology 72TB DX-1211 (12x3TB)

Hi Brian, did you have a chance to reproduce the issue in 5.41 (confirmed in V5.42 PR1 as well) regarding the impossibility to remove a category assigned to a title? I can assign categories, but once assigned it's impossible to remove them. Please could you let us know if you can reproduce?
Could anyone else try to 1) Assign a category to a title and 2) Remove it? I'd like to know if it's just me, or if it's a bug in V5.41+ (there was no such issue in V5.40).
I might actually go back to 5.40 as this is a significant issue, along with the double size backup (almost 40GB for my 4,000 titles!).
