There are about 15 types of covers listed for movie titles in the MyMovies program, but I cannot find a glossary that defines examples of each. I have been stymied for submitting titles in the past, because I cannot always determine what the cover type is supposed to be. I have identified what a few of them are, but it seems not everyone uses the same name for the same packaging. I have some title in one type of packaging, but the database entry lists different packaging definitions for what appear to be identical pages, and vice-versa.

Can someone point me to a definitive description of the packaging types (pictures would help for some)?
