I ran into an issue last week where I was adding discs to MyMovies the number reached 3896. I added 5 more movies and then sync them to CMC. now here is the strange part CMC could not find any movies past 3896 ok I contacted CMC we tried some ideas. Finally I optimized the database and then did a renumbering bring the number of disc don to 2508, That seems about right. Now I added more titles yesterday and the number count Jumped from 2506 to 3886 with the next disc I am on the latest version of each programs do I need to renumber again?
The second thing is your rating of TV shows giving titles a -1 rating or Unrated and as a end user we cannot change that rating. which effects My CMC use and I am working with Paul to figure this out and it has to do with Filtering. the titles are in the database but, because they have a rating value in Mymovies of -1 they do not appear in cmc they are there but not showing up on the screen so far I am missing over 30 titles all tv series because of this -1 value is there a way of changing this?

I too am a CMC and MyMovies user for many years and have noticed around 20 TV series are now missing from my CMC menu. I can see the TV series metata being exported from MyMovies using the CCC tool, however the titles never show up in the CMC menu using any filter setttings. The issue seems to be TV series only, as all of the movies display correctly. Below are some TV series that are in MyMovies collection but no longer show up in the CMC front end.

Hi there I have been working with CMC on this and we think it is a problem that my movies puts a -1 value on the TV shows that do not show up in CMC. in CMC the code for Ratings goes from 0-10. In your rating on TV shows it starts at -1 this is a value we as end users cannot change.

I just noticed something in My Movies per a previous post the user stated one of the tv shows that di not show up was star trek strange new worlds. I have that in my collection both first and second seasons. Well season one shows in CMC so I compared the entries in MY MOvies Season two is link to the TV Series But Season one is not also no episode info was in season one so as a test I linked season one do star trek Strange new worlds clicked save title and at this point it usually downloads the episode info but it did not this time I then raan CCC that reads the my movie database for changes and guess what star trek strange new worlds disappeared from CMC. Strange

All of these are linked to the TV Series I have been emailing with CMC and they are working on it. I found kind of a work around that I tried Yesterday and that is unlinking the TV Series. In the drop down menu set it to not set then save it. Then put it back to TV series but do not link it. Run The CCC export tool in CMC it looks for the changes in MY Movies it see it and make the Changes to the CMC database and now the TV series that previously did not show up now appear. and are playable but you loose episode info and direct play of episodes

Hi There yesterday I found a work around not the best solution but it does work. In the shows that are missing I am sure you have them linked to the series so you get and the episode details and direct play. So what I did is unlink the the tittle from the tv series. in the pull down box where it says TV series set the to not set save the tittle the icon willl turn red OK then set it back to TV series but do not link it. save tittle then run CCC it will see the changes. Go into CMC do a Sync the tv series will now appear in CMC but here is the down side no Episode detail and no direct episode play. but the disc will show up. In My Movies I labeled all my discs with episode numbers instead of disc 1 ETC.
