Payment Registration

If you would like to move a payment from one My Movies user account to another, or if your purchase could not be attached to a user account at the time of purchase, you can type in your Transaction Id or Receipt Id below, to get it registered to your account.

The Transaction Id can be found on the e-mail you received from us when purchasing, or the Transaction Id and Receipt Id can be found on the e-mail you received from PayPal. You only need to supply one of them.

Notice that the Transaction Id in the e-mail from us and from PayPal differs, as seller and receiver's id's are different - it does not matter which of the Transaction Id's you supply.
